<section><div><div><p style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Nous nous engageons à améliorer la vie des enfants dans nos communautés</p><p style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">History</p><p style="margin:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit">En 2022, l'initiative Noelle's Gift to Children Closet a été établie. 72 placards ont été construits avec l'aide de The Carpenters Union et une subvention reçue de Dow Chemical. D'autres fonds ont été levés par les employés locaux de Dow Chemical pour approvisionner les placards avec des articles demandés par les contacts scolaires. Nous avons constaté que chaque école nécessitait des articles uniques pour leur population étudiante.</p><p style="margin:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit">Le placard permet aux élèves d'accéder aux fournitures lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'un article plutôt que de prédire les besoins, d'attendre que les familles indiquent un besoin, ou jusqu'à ce qu'une activité soit passée. Grâce au programme de placard, les enseignants peuvent accéder discrètement à des matériaux pour les élèves afin de soutenir un environnement d'apprentissage inclusif pour tous les élèves, indépendamment des obstacles financiers. Des articles tels que des sous-vêtements et des vêtements supplémentaires permettent également aux élèves de retourner rapidement en classe après des accidents. Le placard est situé dans un lieu central pour que le personnel puisse accéder rapidement aux articles et offre une variété d'articles et d'options de taille à tout moment.</p><p style="margin:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit">Les placards ont créé une nouvelle opportunité de fournir un soulagement immédiat dans des moments de panique ou d'anxiété pour les élèves.
